How to Maintain your Diet??

Man, the worst thing you have to do in order to get an awesome physique is maintaining your diet. And believe me everybody has to go through it, there is no exception to it. And the hardest part about it is the beginning. At first you wouldn’t like to do it and think that, its alright Ill work extra hard and make up for my bad diet. Believe me it doesn’t work that way, it just doesn’t work that way.

If you want to have a lean physique you got to have a good diet. And believe me, if you are able to just start with it then you won’t have much of a problem maintaining it in a month or two.

So I’m going to give you some tips on how to do it.

1. Occupy Yourself in some work: Well it is the best way I can think of. Try to occupy Yourself in some other work, in this way you won’t think about eating. You can try and learn something, it has two benefits:-

  • You would learn something new.
  • You will be occupied in it.

2. Drink water: This is a surefire method, it really worked for me and I have no doubt that it will for you guys as well. When you don’t have anything to do and you’re craving for something then drink lots of water. This way you’ll be full and wouldn’t want to eat anything. It does have one more advantage​ as water is really good for health.

3. Set some goals: Look you need to set some goals in order to reach somewhere. They need not be very big, just small goals, after all slow and steady wins the race.

  1. You can eat large quantities of food and still lose weight, it all about choosing nutrient dense foods over calorie dense foods, check out my post “Eating Quality and Quantity” to see what I mean
