Swimming: One of the best cardio ever

According to me, swimming is one of the basic necessities in life. Believe me each and everyone must know how to swim because you never know when you might need it. 

Swimming is one of the best cardio ever. It has been scientifically proven that swimming burns way more calories than running or jogging. It has been proven that if running, jogging and swimming are done for the same time then most calories are burned by person who is swimming.

And there are other benefits of swimming as well:-

* It burns excess fat in your body and burns many calories.

* It tones your muscles and gets a better definition to your muscles.

* It increases your cardiovascular capacity.

* Swimming increases your self-esteem and reduces stress levels.

* Swimming strengthens your muscles.

So guys I do think you should learn swimming as it does have many benefits as well.
