Guys let me tell you one thing summer is around the corner and mark my words this is the best season to lose fat. This is the best season to shred those few extra pounds you accumulated during the winter season. And if you want to get fit this is the perfect time to start.

I’m going to list 5 ways to lose​ fat fast.

01. Make up your mind

I mean guys, this is the first step you got to take. And get this straight, nothing is going to change unless you make up your mind and start working out.

02. Intermittent fasting

This is the latest buzz in the town but believe me it’s nothing new. It’s been there since for ever. It’s basically taking all your calories in few hours and don’t eat anything for the rest of time. For example you eat in the window of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and not eat anything beyond that window.

03. Start cardio

So guys let me tell you a bitter truth, you gotta do cardio to lose fat, actually it’s the best and the fastest way to lose fat. I don’t mean you need to spend hours on treadmill or go for a long run. Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up. According to me 15-20 minutes of high intensity cardio is more than enough. 

04. Pack on some muscles

I don’t think it comes as a surprise. It’s a fact that building muscles increases your metabolism. It doesn’t necessarily means you need to go to gym to build muscles if you want you can do it at home through bodyweight exercises. 

05. Plan your workout

This is very important guys, you do need to plan your workout. I mean i wrote a whole article on Plan Before you Workout. So guys read it you’ll​ know why it’s important.

06. Keep your diet in check

Guys reduce your carbohydrates and fat intake. And drink lots of water. Water is an important component for losing fat. I wrote an article on Importance of good diet as well.
