So everyone thinks that diet is the most important thing if you want to get fit but that’s not exactly the case. There are little complications about diet.
First of all, What is DIET? Or rather What is GOOD DIET?
Let’s see, answer to that is pretty simple a balanced amount of Nutrients you take for proper functioning of your body. Basically it’s to fulfill the basic needs of reservoir of energy you need to work whole day. GOOD DIET doesn’t means eating less, believe me it doesn’t means that at all. And those who think that they can get slim in few days just by dieting i.e. eating very less, then they are wrong. Yes, some of the lucky ones might but every single one of them are going to damage their body to a great extent. They are certainly going to feel and become weak.
Now second question, WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD DIET?
I think it is really important to have a good diet. You know, when i started working out the biggest mistake i did was do dieting along with workout. I couldn’t gain any muscles and to top it off i became very weak. And if you eat more than a balanced amount, you can easily guess what would happen to you.
Last question, WHAT COMPRISES GOOD DIET?
Look good diet is basically having sufficient amount of nutrients for good working of your body whole day. You should eat lots of green veggies and fruits. You should totally avoid rice in your diet. You should take less carbohydrates and fats. And you should eat in an interval of 3-4 hours. And have small meals.
Look guys, It’s good to have a balanced diet but it doesn’t means you can’t eat something good once in a while. You should eat healthy regularly and can have something good once in a week or two weeks.
